We will count on you to:Contact with clients and liaise with different Mercer teams (operations and consulting) to facilitate the setup processes of our benefits management platform;Update and revise contents on our internal benefits platform;Do some configurations on our own web application;App support to our client's internal teams;Contribute on the maintenance of our platform.What you need to have: Previous experience in technical support, helpdesk, or similar roles;Intermediate (B2) English level;Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerPoint and particularly Excel;Excellent interpersonal skills;Strong oral and written communication skills;Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment;Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills;Tech driven spirit.What makes you stand out?Prepared to work on a fast pacing business;Learning oriented and strong adaptability skills;Growth mindset and out of the box thinking.About Mercer
