Purpose of Position
To perform administrative and support functions, as defined by the CADM Supervisor, which ensures the organization and control of aircraft historical records (paper and electronic), allowing for unimpeded access and productivity by Maintenance and authorised company personnel and the Regulatory Authorities. Support the CAMO Regulatory Manager, as required, with CAMO related projects. Maintain information within CMTS as advised by the Configuration & Data Management Supervisor.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Apply the NetJets Safety Policy and Management System requirements and maintain an ambassador's role in promoting the company safety requirements;
Apply disciplined working practices providing consistency and compliance with defined policies and procedures;
Responsible to proactively manage tasks and projects effectively to achieve an effective outcome;
Ensure all processes and Technical and Operational data requirements associated with the control of Aircraft Flight Logs are actioned daily ensuring full regulatory compliance and limited backlog, including Engine/APU Oil consumption and APU hours capture;
Create electronic logbooks for, and support with, the aircraft disposal process and off-wing Maintenance events ensuring that all required data is provided accurately;
Perform the uploads of Maintenance related documents in Comply365 (Data Management System;
Perform the Management of "Diário de Navegação" process, including the interaction with ANAC;
Receive, distribute, and control documents, procedures, manuals and media related with aircraft maintenance, in an effective and timely manner, to guarantee that the most up to date information is timely provided to maintenance team and to all relevant departments;
Perform general office administration and regulatory documentation tasks (including the distribution of Safety Cards, ATL, AAL and AFL/JL books) to ensure that the most up to date and accurate information is available and provided in a coordinated and timely manner;
Support the CAMO Regulatory Manager and team, with designated projects, to successfully achieve the compliance requirements and company defined initiatives and goals.

High school or extended technical experience;
Basic knowledge of aviation industry, preferably within a Part-M or Part-145 organization;
Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);
Proficiency in MS Office.
