As a Concierge Services Manager you will be acting as an ambassador of the firm with both internal and external stakeholders, offering a level of hospitality that meets and exceeds our clients' expectations, whilst providing ideas about amenities and experiences, organizing and tracking all service requests.
Responsibilities:  Provide support and organize services during client visits that offer a level of hospitality, which meets and exceeds our clients' expectations; Meet clients at the Lisbon office and at their Lisbon accommodation if required; Manage itineraries and reservations for clients when required, ensuring that the appropriate agreements are in place and services have been paid; Ensure that all services requests are tracked and seen to, responding to clients efficiently; Adhere and further develop the concierge service standard operating procedures; Manage, maintain and create new relationships with service providers to enable an adequate portfolio of services which are made available to clients (travel may be required at times); Handle emergency situations in a solution-focused manner; Interact with key stakeholders through multiple channels; mail, telephone and e-mail to ensure enhanced service delivery; Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, thus contributing positively to the overall client experience: Work as part of a team in delivering a diligent and timely service that will require flexibility to address other tasks outside of the core role as and when they arise; Focus on personal development through learning more about the different areas of the business by means of interaction and collaboration.
Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years' management experience within the event, concierge and/or hospitality industry in Lisbon; Fluent in the English and Portuguese languages.
Additional languages will be considered an asset; Experience with managing several service providers and dealing with emergency situations; Previous sales experience will be considered an asset; Ability to recognize and respond to diverse thinking styles, learning styles, cultural qualities and a global mindset; Possessing immaculate communication, organizational and presentation skills; Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with service providers, internal stakeholders and external partners is essential, whilst being expected to carry out general business administration accurately and consistently.    This role is on-site five days per week (35h), with the possibility of 1 day work from home after probationary period.    Join our team and be part of an organization that values innovation, fosters collaboration, and believes in the potential of its employees.
