As we expand, we seek a Professional Assistant fluent in English, Portuguese, and Hindi to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing hardware and software systems, providing technical support to end-users, and ensuring the efficient operation of our IT infrastructure and CCTV system. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, networks, and related hardware. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner. Provide technical support to staff and end-users, either in person, over the phone, or remotely. Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups. Set up new workstations, ensuring all necessary software and hardware are installed. Monitor system performance to prevent or address potential problems. Assist in maintaining and managing IT inventory, including equipment and software licenses. Document technical issues, resolutions, and processes for future reference. Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to improve overall system performance and efficiency. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend upgrades when necessary. CCTV cameras troubleshooting on site, discovering the cause of technical faults and resolving them in a timely manner. Setting up new equipment, installing CCTV systems and connecting cabling. Configuring CCTV systems so they are compatible with the necessary software and connected to the correct wiring. Repairing faulty equipment, upgrading software and monitoring performance. Requirements: High school, preferably professional course in Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Computer Technician or in a similar IT support role. Strong knowledge of Windows. Familiarity with common networking protocols. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to explain technical information to non-technical users. Strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms. Proficient English speaker.
