LI-EU Compliance Team Lead - LISBON Job Description: Oversees and manages a team within Payments OperationsDevelops and administers team schedules and performance requirementsIdentifies improvement opportunities in workflow and team structure, and suggests solutionsIdentifies opportunities to improve user experience and communicates them to delivery lead and client teamsServes as a leader within the team and interfaces effectively with other teamsCoaches team members to improve work performance, e.g., Quality, Schedule Adherence, AttendanceAdministers performance improvement plans and other disciplinary actions as neededActs as a career counselor to team membersQualifications: Experience in leading teams within KYC, EDD, AML, Transaction Monitoring, or Compliance roles within the financial services industry or risk consulting services - mandatoryEnglish - Minimum C1University Diploma in finance, management, or similar (preferably), or Complete 12th GradeBasic knowledge of relevant AML and CTF typologies and regulatory obligations desirableGeneral knowledge of the Financial Services Industry, e-commerce, BNPL, Retail Banking products and services, etc.Relevant experience from working within FinTech, Banking, or Financial institutions, particularly in operational rolesComputer and OSINT literacyMust protect confidential information that is entrusted to them or to which they are otherwise exposedMust not disclose any confidential Company, client, or third-party information to anyone outside the Company, except as authorizedMust not use confidential client, third-party, or Company information for personal gain or advantageUnder no circumstances discuss with clients matters that concern other clients or engagements without the express authorization of such other clientsMust immediately open and act upon security communications from Protecting AccentureTime management skillsGood communication skills, both in written and verbal communication
