This pivotal role involves managing and refining our equity compensation strategies and participating in core compensation processes.Your Tasks – Paint the world greenDevelop and manage equity-based compensation programs, including Long-Term Incentives (LTI), virtual stock options, and employee equity plans.Expertly utilize our equity plan management platform for administering and analyzing equity compensation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Actively participate in key compensation and benefits processes, such as the annual merit cycle, to ensure global standards alignment.Continuously refine our compensation frameworks and guidelines to meet the evolving needs of our global workforce.Collaborate across departments to provide analytical insights and data-driven recommendations on compensation trends and policies.Conduct comprehensive financial modeling to understand the implications of compensation strategies on costs and workforce dynamics.Your Profile – Ready to hop on boardHold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Bring 5+ years of experience in compensation management, with a strong emphasis on equity programs in public companies.Experience with equity plan design & administration platforms is highly desirable.Your analytical prowess is matched by proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ideally, experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.You thrive in flexible environments and demonstrate proficiency in establishing and executing structured approaches.Known for your attention to detail, handling complex data and processes and managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive equity-related information.Our Perks – More than just a jobYou have an impact.
