ROLE We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join the Global Total Rewards team as part of the Global People Team! This role will be based in Portugal reporting to the Head of Total Rewards and will support in all aspects of employee compensation. You will be responsible for providing valuable, data-driven insights and recommendations that will support strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in global projects that are shaping how we deliver Total Rewards at Farfetch.
