Then Nutrium may be the right place for you!As a Community Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that both nutrition professionals and their patients have the best possible experience using our platform. You will act as the first point of contact for these users, guiding them through any questions or challenges they may encounter, from navigating the software to ensuring smooth scheduling of nutrition appointments.Your role is crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction for both professionals and their patients, ensuring that patients feel supported throughout their journey. One of our key pillars is building strong relationships with the people who reach out to us. We want to make sure that everyone feels welcomed and heard, ensuring that their concerns are addressed and that they feel valued. We aim to provide seamless, efficient, and supportive experiences.Location:Our offices are located in Braga and Lisbon, but you can choose to work remotely from anywhere. The choice is yours, and we're confident you'll find a working arrangement that suits both your needs and those of Nutrium. That said, we value in-person connections, so you can expect to occasionally meet with the team for group meetings, events, and bonding activities
