Key Responsibilities: Onboarding New Members: Guide new members through the onboarding process via phone calls, ensuring they are well-equipped to use the platform efficiently from day one.Reactivation Campaigns: Reach out to previous users who have become inactive, understanding their reasons for disengagement, and providing tailored solutions to encourage their return.Community Members Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact for new and returning users, fostering long-term relationships through high-quality interactions.Product Familiarity: Be knowledgeable about our platform, providing community members with clear guidance, answering any questions, and offering troubleshooting assistance when needed.Personalized Outreach: Develop and execute personalized calling strategies for different member segments, tailoring your approach to maximize engagement and panelist satisfaction.Tracking and Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of onboarding and reactivation efforts, reporting on key metrics such as panelist satisfaction, engagement rates, and churn reduction.Requirements: Must have: Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken) – proficiency in both languages is essential.Based in Porto or ability to come to our offices in Maia – this is a requirement.Excellent Communication Skills – confident and engaging on the phone, with an ability to build rapport quickly.Problem-Solving Skills – able to understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions.Self-Motivated – proactive in reaching out to customers and following up on leads.Customer-Centric Mindset – a genuine passion for helping users succeed.Nice to Have: Experience in sales or customer service roles, particularly in an outbound calling environment.Familiarity with CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions.Experience in customer retention strategies.Knowledge of a third language, such as Spanish, is a plus.Ready to unlock a world full of opportunities and enticing benefits?
