Community ManagerThe Community Manager is responsible for providing a great guest experience by ensuring that guests' needs are met, overseeing the location's maintenance, and fostering community engagement.Location: Outsite VilamouraRequirements:Fluent in both English and PortugueseBased near Vilamoura or FaroExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-orientedExceptional organizational skillsSelf-starter who can work independentlyTeam playerHigh hustle quotientProfessional demeanorHybrid: Both on-site and remote work requiredStrong social skills with sound judgmentPunctual and reliableHigh level of customer service and customer-centric dispositionAlignment with the company's mission and valuesKey Responsibilities:Guest Experience: Provide a great guest experience by welcoming and communicating with guests, responding to questions/concerns promptly, being on-call for guest inquiries, ensuring guests' needs are met, and assessing the location's reviews and guest feedback.Property Management: Ensure property maintenance meets Outsite's standards, including making purchase orders, keeping inventory, performing inspections, overseeing cleaning services, coordinating vendors, problem-solving, and maintaining good standing with local community and authorities.Community Management: Encourage a sense of community by engaging in brand awareness, fostering local partnerships, organizing weekly activities with guests, and moderating the location's online groups on WhatsApp and Circle.Project Management: Assist in executing the opening of the Vilamoura location, which includes organizing deliveries, overseeing contractors/vendors, managing repairs and maintenance, training new vendors, and assisting the operations manager and interior designer as needed.Start Date: October 2024Time Commitment: 20 hours per weekType of Contract: Hybrid / Part-Time Contractor / Recibo VerdeCompensation: To be determined based on experience
