We're looking for someone who specializes in Marketing to work as a Community Manager for a leading multinational in the creation of entertainment content.
Responsibilities:Develop and implement community engagement strategies;Monitor and manage community interactions across various platforms, including social media, forums, and review sites;Respond to community and forum inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely manner;Manage the forum strategy and online review strategy;Manage the creation of content, including posts, articles, videos, and graphics;Collaborate with the Content Management team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice;Manage content schedules and community calendars for all channels;Track and analyze community metrics, including engagement rates, growth, and sentiment;Provide weekly reports on community performance and insights;Coordinate with external partners (PR, influencers, etc.)
