Job Description
Plan, promote, and organize monthly social, sports, and mastermind events for the community.Curate engaging content for social media platforms to increase community interaction and brand visibility.Collaborate with guest speakers and manage logistics for their appearances at events. Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations and businesses to enhance the community's offerings. Maintain communication channels with community members to foster strong relationships and ensure active participation. Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Requirements
Candidates must be located in Lisbon, Portugal. Prior experience in community management, event organization, or related fields. Excellent content creation skills. Fluent English.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools. Passion for entrepreneurship and building a thriving community.
