Role Overview: As a Community Manager on our team, you will play a crucial role in driving engagement and building a thriving community around the Sui ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing Telegram and Discord channels, overseeing ambassadors and moderators, and ensuring our community is well-informed, engaged, and supported. You should have a strong background in web3 and blockchain technology, with at least 3 years of experience in community management. Experience with DAOs and DAO management is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities: Channel Management: Oversee and manage our Telegram and Discord channels, ensuring active and positive engagement. Create and implement strategies to grow and maintain a vibrant community.

Community Engagement: Develop and execute community engagement initiatives, including AMA sessions, events, and discussions. Address community inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Ambassador and Moderator Management: Recruit, train, and manage community ambassadors and moderators. Provide guidance and support to ensure they effectively represent our brand and uphold community standards.

Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create engaging and relevant content for community channels. Develop educational materials and updates related to our blockchain projects.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze community metrics to assess the effectiveness of engagement strategies. Provide regular reports and insights to the team to drive continuous improvement.

Crisis Management: Handle any potential community issues or conflicts with sensitivity and efficiency. Implement strategies to mitigate negative sentiment and maintain a positive community environment.

Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management, with a strong focus on web3 and blockchain topics. Proven track record of managing Telegram and Discord channels.
