Job Description
As the Change Management and Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our internal communication strategy, driving employee engagement, and supporting change management initiatives. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing internal communication channels, and engaging with stakeholders across the organization.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
Internal Communications:
Develop and implement internal communication plans and strategies.
Create engaging content for various internal communication channels, including intranet, newsletters, emails, and presentations.
Manage and maintain internal communication platforms.
Develop and deliver internal communication materials, such as announcements, updates, and training materials.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication programs.
Content Creation:
Develop and create compelling content for social media platforms, including writing, editing, and designing posts.
Manage social media accounts and engage with followers.
Monitor social media trends and best practices.
Develop and implement social media strategies to support business objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees and managers.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather feedback.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
Change Management:
Support change management initiatives by developing communication plans and materials.
Facilitate communication and engagement during periods of change.
Provide training and support to employees on change management processes.
Other Responsibilities:
Assist with the development and implementation of other communication initiatives as needed.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communications and engagement.
Secretary for governance with Digital Office.
Key Skills And Experience
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in internal communications, content creation, or stakeholder engagement.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experience with social media platforms and content management systems.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
