While you'll have the autonomy to drive your initiatives, you will also work closely with our External Communications Lead as part of our Communication Unit. About the position: We're seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented professional to join our team on a maternity cover basis (1 year contract). As Communications Manager you will: Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with Parity's goals, focusing on strengthening internal and external engagement within the Polkadot ecosystem. Lead internal communications, ensuring transparency and alignment through company-wide calls, internal channels, and reporting key metrics to leadership for informed decision-making. Set clear goals and KPIs for the communication team, regularly reviewing progress to refine internal strategies and improve effectiveness. Coordinate key internal initiatives and channels, including All Hands calls, the internal newsletter, and maintaining the company Handbook on Notion, ensuring consistent access to vital information.
