JLL is hiring a Communications Manager to cover a parental leave for a duration of 12 months.About JLL:JLL operates in 80 countries, with 300 offices and approximately 105,000 employees. The company's activities span across the office, retail, residential, and hospitality markets, offering services in agency, investment, corporate solutions, strategic consulting, valuations, property management, architecture, construction, and research.Main Responsibilities:Coordinating all the company's internal and external communication activities, in line with the company's Marketing strategy and policies, reporting directly to the Head of Communications APAC & EMEA.Managing and coordinating the internal and external communication of the JLL brand (corporate communication).Developing and implementing the communication plan (internal & external) in line with the brand/company strategy.Acting as brand keeper: Liaising with the international team to ensure that JLL's brand image and tone of voice guidelines are used.Supporting the company's different business areas in defining and implementing the best PR & Communication practices, taking into account the specificities and particularities of each one.Supervising the production of content for JLL's corporate communication (videos, podcasts, etc.).Managing JLL's own brand channels (defining priorities and managing existing content in coordination with the rest of the marketing team):Social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp).JLL website.Intranet and internal communication.Analysis and reporting of available communication metrics.Managing JLL merchandising (procurement, purchasing, supplier/idea research, stock management).Media Relations: managing relations with the media, coordinating relations with PR, communications and media agencies.Managing the communications calendar.Ensuring the management and production of internal and external events, ensuring contacts with suppliers and their operationalization.Coordinating and managing the Sponsoring policy (production of materials, communication, liaison between partners).Liaising with the international team (EMEA region) in order to align communication priorities and key messages in force at any given time.Skills:Organized, communicative.Empathetic, sociable and highly capable of interpersonal relationships.Team spirit.User-friendly knowledge of the office package, especially PowerPoint and Excel.Writing skills (Portuguese and English).Proficiency in English.At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
