About the Role:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Communication Manager . The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the way our company is perceived by key audiences. You will drive brand awareness by being involved in all stages of the communications process from concept to message development to result oriented evaluation.

Responsibilities:

Develop blog, PR, and external comms strategies and manage their editorial calendars in partnership with business leads to advance business objectives;

Coordinate the production of promotional materials, including releases, media kits, and presentations;

Provide support and oversight for our Social Media strategy;

Manage website content to ensure delivery of clear and creative content;

Oversee the recruitment, coordination, and management of freelance content writers across multiple languages;

Organize and manage internal and external events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications

7+ years' of experience in communications operations (Mandatory)

Experience posting and formatting content using a Content Management System (CMS)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken)
