Our culture grows with you.About The RoleEssity Professional Hygiene is currently searching for an experienced Commercial Training Instructional Developer on the Sales Operations & Administration team. You will be responsible for working with a variety of stakeholders (both internally and externally) to develop sophisticated learning solutions that address the learning challenges of and create engaging learning experiences for internal Essity employees in a business unit (i.e., onboarding, product, segment, systems, launches, etc.) as well as external distributor partners (i.e. TORK Academy, Tena Net, etc.).You will be responsible for designing and developing learning objects for self-paced consumption in a Learning Management System as well as for the purpose of facilitating instructor-led training.The focus will be on the five (5) regions in the Professional Hygiene Business Unit, based in our Lisbon office.We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. If this is you, we'd love to talk.What Will You DoConduct a proper training needs analysis and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME).Determine the proper instructional strategy, approach, and technologies to employ to produce optimal learning solutions that will develop the employee knowledge, skills, and competencies required to support company goals, initiatives, objectives and provide us a competitive advantage.Create storyboards, scripts, scenarios, screencasts, simulations, modules, videos, quizzes, etc. for self-paced delivery via Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone OnDemand + Docebo).Develop videos, infographics, illustrations, job aids, activities, answer keys, participant/facilitator guides, etc. for the purpose of conducting more interactive and engaging instructor-led training.Who You AreA Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required or equivalent industry experience.1-2 years of instructional design experience preferred (must provide work samples or portfolio).Demonstrated ability to produce and publish training content and videos using multimedia authoring and editing tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite – Premiere, Captivate, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. and Articulate Suite – Studio, Storyline, 360, Rise, etc.Experience designing for and working within an LMS including but not limited to – accessibility compliance, course uploading, catalog and revision management, content and system governance; working knowledge of Cornerstone On Demand, Docebo, or other LMS a plus.Proficiency in video production desired – i.e. preproduction storyboarding, production planning and scheduling, preparing SMEs, setting up and operating equipment, organizing footage files, inserting static and motion graphics, music, voice-over, media, selecting file format and size (compression) per system requirements, and proper media management and archiving.Able to translate broad concepts and/or highly technical information into tangible training assetsUnderstanding of UI/UX design for various devicesStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationshipsFluent in English written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Teams and Office Suite; excellent platform and digital skills a must.What We Can Offer YouAt Essity, we believe every career is as unique as the individual and empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.Collaborative and Caring Culture | Empowerment & Engaged People | Work with Impact and A Powerful Purpose | Individual Learning & Career Growth | Health & Safety Priority | Sustainable Value Together| Innovation| Sustainable Working Life | Total Reward#LI-HybridTogether, we are improving lives, every day.Working at Essity is not just a career; it is a chance to directly make the world a healthier, more hygienic and safer place.
