Job DescriptionThe job in brief: Job Title - Commercial SpecialistLocation - PortugalWorking model – full remote from PortugalTeam - you will join the Packages Value Stream team within the Marketplace departmentLevel - Professional (working in teams or individually on projects, with emphasis on technical/discipline knowledge), reporting to Head of Commercial for PackagesContract - Permanent, full time (36 h/week)What your impact will be:Contribute to steer Package sales ( flight+hotel and Tour Operator Packages) to , focusing on improving our commercial proposition to enhance conversion rate and revenuesPerform in-depth analysis of performance by destination/product in order to make informed decisions on the actions to be taken and drive conversations with your line manager and Packages DirectorMonitor and analyse marketing channels performance, in order to better understand customer behaviour and optimise the offering Gather, analyse and interpret sales and market information in order to provide meaningful feedback on competitors' landscape, and make recommendations for the packages strategyQualificationsYour expertise:BA/MA degree in relevant fields, business, marketing, tourism2/3 years experience either in the Travel Industry (OTA/Tour operator environment) or in digital companiesStrong Excel knowledge and sound analytical skillsKnowledge of Google AnalyticsAbility to work with Presentation ToolsAbility to influence decision-makers through presentation of data and insightsFluency in English.
