How You'll Make an Impact As a team member focused on commercial project support, you will supply to run new offers and implement orders, including logistics. Ensure efficient and timely coordination and preparation of commercial activities, and order implementation processes, and timely delivery of required goods and services in accordance with project requirements. Ensure efficient communication with all relevant internal collaborators. Organize and coordinate with project logistics guides regarding export & customs control requirements to fulfill contract obligations to the end customer. Support projects in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting costs related to the project and assist in claim management by providing defect analysis and solutions. Coordinate shipping of materials and temporary goods to the customer's site and back within the existing guidelines. Handle commercial project management tasks, e.g., preparation of tax-related documentation, creation of internal Service Agreements, assistance in hour tracking, delegation of Field Service employees, preparation of ICFR documentation, clarification of Export Control and Customs requirements, and maintenance of key project data. Support in maintaining and improving data quality in SFDC and help create consistent reporting. Analyze, report, and correct project costs, including re-postings of costs and project clean-up and closure on a regular basis using applicable processes and guidelines. What You Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a commercial focus or comparable long-term experience. Base knowledge in IFRS / ICFR applicable regulations. Experience in project sales support and/or project execution, including planning and handling interfaces to related functions, e.g., purchasing, logistics, cost-reporting, manufacturing. Result and quality-oriented, highly motivated, and committed. Understanding of working in an international matrix organization and familiarity with self-driven agile teams. Proficient in MS Office365 applications and SAP. Fluent in English; German is desirable. Affinity for digital innovation is a plus. Skills in a customer relationship tool, i.e., Salesforce.com (SFDC), are a plus but not required. About the Team Within our Service Organization, we work on customized services for power plants, whether it is the most efficient conventional power generation, industrial applications for process steam or heat generation, hybrid solutions including renewable energy and their integration, or making big steps toward decarbonization with hydrogen-producing plants or environmentally friendly power generation on ships and barges.
