Commercial Product Manager, Global Performance Specialties The Commercial Product Manager is responsible for the global performance specialties market, which serves end markets such as coatings, energy & plastics. The role is responsible for the analysis, execution, and management of commercial aspects as they pertain to company product line strategies. It is also a collaborative role in which the Commercial Product Manager will work closely with marketing, sales, technology, supply chain, regulatory and operations in supporting the growth of Elementis.Job Description Product Category plans: Execution & implementation of category plans. Key responsibilities include:Support creation of category plans based on analysis of market trends, Elementis capabilities & strategic intentCreate tracking mechanisms for key elements of category plansPricing and Positioning: Determines pricing & positioning strategies for existing & new products in alignment with business objectives & portfolio profitability. Key responsibilities include:Create, maintain & roll out pricing for existing products to global organizationDetermine pricing strategies for new productsSupport sales & marketing teams in pricing & positioning topics on a day to day basisPortfolio health: Maintain portfolio health analysis for product life cycle trends.
