Key Responsibilities
With the objective to support in different areas, Commercial & Business Planning and Marketing, this 1st internship experience will give new abilities to be in charge of some important initiatives:
Commercial and Business Planning
Feed the Business Operations Tracker (BOT) designed to manage the demand planning needs for the PU market;
Collect and track sales data in the PR market;
Contribute to the Vaccines Market Overview Evolution Report;
Collect, treat, and analyze data to provide relevant information for new launches and for the remaining business unit products;
Contribute to the design of analytics reports, crossing various data sources.
Marketing
Support on the execution of global marketing tactics plan, including branded and unbranded campaigns in digital and traditional channels;
Support day-to-day planning and execution of events, including pre- and post-event communications and logistic aspects;
Interact regularly with creative agencies and other relevant external suppliers;
Prepare and track asset submissions on the internal Medical & Regulatory review platform;
Support in Market Research studies analysis.
About You
Soft Skills:
Ability to balance complex projects concurrently;
Ability to independently drive projects;
Strong Project Management skills;
Resourceful & proactive;
Works collaboratively across areas and levels.
Technical Skills:
Applications: Microsoft Office with strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities;
Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI, Click View is a strong plus;
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and/or retail channel (wholesalers, pharmacies) desired.
Education: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing Management, or Life Sciences.
Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese.
