Always TheNew Business Management contributes to the growth of Worten's offering in new categories, the Commercial Manager we are looking for will join the Sports, Outdoor and Travel team, and will be responsible for, together with the team, developing and growing this business unit, managing specific categories within it. Your day-to-day: Manage and develop the business in Iberia, in the Online and Store channels; Follow the trends in the Sports and Outdoor market and bring innovation into the business; Define the category strategy in accordance with the strategic lines of the Business Unit and Worten, informally leading multidisciplinary teams with a view to implementing this same strategy; Manage the relationshipwith suppliers (1P) and marketplace sellers (3P) and establish new partnerships with suppliers; Implement entry into new stores, select and negotiate product ranges, both for the online channel and for stores, satisfying customer needs in accordance with market trends; Ensure business profitability in accordance with the defined budget; Ensure increased sales,in accordance with the defined strategy; Properly manage the life cycle of the product(s). What we are looking for: Higher Education in Management, Economics, Engineering, Marketing Management, Marketing, or other relevant qualifications; Previous experience in Commercial, Category or Product Management; Experience in Retail and/or e-commerce. Commercial know-how in the Sports area will be valued; Team spirit, collaboration, good communication and interpersonal skills; Solid analytical skills, critical thinking and organization are essential; Autonomy and decision-making capacity, innovation and adaptation; Ability to negotiate with different stakeholders (internal and external); English (requirement), ability to hold a meeting and negotiate in Spanish will be valued; Orientation towards results and objectives, with determination, commitment and resilience.
