British American Tobacco Iberia has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Finance Coordinator in Lisbon.

The job holder will provide financial advice, guidance, and expertise to assist in delivering a value-added, commercially focused finance business partnering service. The role supports the development of strong financial and commercial awareness within business units and challenges business managers to improve performance.

The role of a Commercial Finance Coordinator is pivotal in driving both immediate and long-term success for the organization by aligning financial goals with business objectives and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Tracking Marketing Investment development and variances vs target, highlighting sensitivities and reporting changes in forecast on time and in full and provide financial insights and calculate scenarios showing financial implications of decisions.
Performing analysis with the aim of portfolio strengthening and adequate resource allocation effectiveness, Review TCI and seek optimization opportunities, Track, analyze and review competitors' investments.
Assisting in preparation and coordination of business cases, provide inputs, propose alternatives, and review implementation.
Providing support for process coordination for commercial finance exercises (BHI, OMP, Cost per touchpoint, Channel efficiency, MSE).
Requesting posting/reversal of accruals and provisions related to Marketing Investment to accurately reflect business liabilities and assess its usage.
Managing master data requests for Marketing Finance activities.
Ensure effective support and communication with Iberia, WE and GBS key partners.
What are we looking for?
University degree in Finance, Economics and Business.
2 to 3 years of Finance Business Partnering, Financial Planning and Analysis or Commercial Finance Experience.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite in particular of Excel and Power Point.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.
Oriented to work by objectives and achieve results.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Openness and flexibility to adapt to a changing environment, plus managing multiple tasks in parallel.
Ability to manage time limits.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Portuguese. Spanish language would represent an advantage.
