We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Director to lead the strategic growth and profitability of our expanding hotel group. About Us: The Flagworld Group operates in various business areas within the hospitality, travel, and leisure industry. Today, Flagworld Hotels has a total of 28 hotels & resorts with nearly 2,000 rooms, both nationally and internationally. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Director to join our team. The Commercial Director will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, maximizing profitability, and enhancing the brand image of our hotels through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals. · Identify new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and secure key accounts. · Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine pricing strategies and product offerings. · Collaborate with operations departments and hotel's managers to optimize room inventory, pricing, and distribution channels. · Oversee the creation of compelling marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising efforts to attract target audiences. · Establish performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial activities. · Build strong partnerships with tour operators and travel agencies, corporate clients, and industry stakeholders to expand the hotel group's presence in the market. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field. · Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry, with experience in sales, marketing, and revenue management. · Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. · Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious targets. · Proficiency in PMS, revenue management systems, and digital marketing tools. · Deep understanding of distribution channels, OTA partnerships, and industry best practices.
