Our team of over 180 skilled professionals spans the globe, bringing diverse perspectives and expertise to our projects.

Currently we are looking for aCommercial Director, who will lead our Account Management, Sales, and Business Development.

Responsibilities:
Lead Account Management, Sales, and BD teams
Develop and implement sales, business, and marketing strategies
Establish and maintain partnerships, engage in customer development activities, and gather feedback
Build and lead a high-performing commercial team
Achieve revenue and profit targets, conduct market and competitor analysis
Prepare and present commercial proposals, control team budgets
Participate in conferences and contribute to the development of marketing strategy

Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position in the related field
Strong Crypto Knowledge and experience in the crypto industry
Excellent team management skills
Client Relationship Management: Ability to manage existing clients, upsell additional services, and ensure client retention
Business Development: Proficiency in identifying potential partnerships and devising strategies for geographical expansion
Sales Process Optimization: Experience in digitizing sales funnels, tracking commercial proposals, conducting market research, and directing service development based on business needs (client requests)
