Commercial Analytics Senior Associate What you will do The Commercial Analytics team at Amgen plays a pivotal role as a strategic partner to Commercial leadership, offering data-backed insights crucial for driving commercial success.
As a Commercial Analytics Senior Associate, you will assist in insights generation by integrating a multitude of secondary data sources and engaging several Commercial Data and Analytics (CD&A) colleagues to develop an understanding of Rare Disease brand performance and provide tactical recommendations to drive it.
Responsibilities will include:
Perform comprehensive data analysis using SQL, VBA, and Python to extract, clean, and manipulate data.Participate in the design and execution of secondary data analytics to support strategic decision-making by helping implement solutions, tracking progress, and coordinating results readout.Develop and maintain management reports and dashboards to provide clear and concise information to sales and marketing leaders, utilizing visualization tools to present data in an easily understandable format for various collaborators.Collaborate cross-functionally to help synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and articulate actionable insights to stakeholders.Support senior leadership and brand teams through data analytics and performance management.Provide analysis using complex data sources including HCP and Account-level Demand data, Claims data, Electronic Medical Records data, Specialty Pharmacy data, etc.

Proven experience and skills needed:
