We are looking for a Customer Financial Services Supervisor fluent in English and another language for a client in the Porto area.

Responsibilities: Credit and Collections;Handle Disputes, Cash Applications, and the Billing needed;Provide day-to-day supervisory and/or coordination support to the team of operational employees or contractors;Delegate related activities, as defined by local policies, this may include performance monitoring/management and development discussions, supporting initial/informal disciplinary action activities and, in the case of contractors, contract management.You need to be: Fluent in English (at least a C1 level) and good knowledge of French/Italian/German;Education in the Area (minimum 12th grade);1-3 years experience in a similar position;Leadership Skills and Team Player attitude;Customer focused with excellent communication skills;Good computer skills including Microsoft Office (EXCEL);Willing to develop in a multinational/multicultural environment.Offer: Direct contract with the client;Schedule: 08H-17H or 09H-18H with a hybrid regime (3 Office; 2 at home);Extensive Benefits Package;Development opportunities;Don't miss this opportunity and apply!
