We are looking for a Collections/ Financial Services Representative fluent in English for a client in the Porto area.

Responsibilities: Credit and Collections;Handle Disputes, Cash Applications and the Billing needed;Involves online and telephone contact with external/internal customers within functional area and completing any related administration;Interaction with external customers and suppliers;Validate or complete accurate and timely reporting. Supports/researches relevant data;Reporting;Ensures required approvals are sought throughout and notifies management of any non-compliance issues as they arise. You need to be: Fluent in English (at least a C1 level);Education in the Area (minimum 12th grade);6 months (minimum) of experience in a similar position;Team Player attitude;Customer focused with excellent communication skills;Good computer skills including Microsoft Office (EXCEL);Willing to develop in a multinational/multicultural environment.
