We are organized into three areas, with different responsibilities:
Replenishment - We ensure the availability of products for our customers, in partnership with teams from other areas, anticipating stock needs in accordance with sales forecasts and the commercial calendar;Picking - We collect, pack and deliver orders directly to our customer in store, or prepare shipping through the transport service;Loading and Unloading - We receive products and replace them in the respective sales areas, using pallet trucks and/or forklifts.Together as a teamInspired by our Swedish roots and humanistic vision, at IKEA we have a unique culture.
