You will be responsible for providing advanced technical expertise and support in maintaining and enhancing COBOL-based systems Your main responsibilities: Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, clients, suppliers, and the development team to manage backlogs and new requests Analyze requirements, propose solutions, and estimate the effort required for implementation Create and review detailed functional and technical specifications to ensure clarity and completeness Verify that deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint, ensuring adherence to project requirements Identify and eliminate obstacles that may impede progress in other domains, ensuring smooth project execution You're ideal for the role if you have: At least 6 years of experience with COBOL, SQL, Data Dictionary, and Data Modeling. Some experience in the banking sector, with an understanding of industry-specific requirements and processes. Strong expertise in writing both functional and technical specifications. Exposure to Agile Scrum methodologies, with an ability to work effectively in an Agile environment. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
