What will you be doing? Prepare detailed technical analysis based on functional specifications; Develop software according to the programming rules in place at DSI and based on previously prepared technical analysis documents; Create unit test plans and execute unit tests for projects managed by or involving the team; Prepare system test plans and execute system tests for projects managed by or involving the team; Produce various documentation in accordance with the methodologies in place at DSI; Coordinate the work of less experienced resources involved in projects managed by the team. What are we looking for? Strong knowledge of COBOL, DB2, CICS, and JCL; Technical expertise with at least 5 years of programming experience; Specific functional knowledge in the Financial Markets sector (preferably in the Investment Funds business) and experience in this business area; Preferably familiar with: CMMI, LEAN IT, Microfocus, Cobol Studio, QualityCenter; Excellent communication skills.
