Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a CNC Machine Operator to integrate the Logomolde team, based in Cascais.Reporting directly to the Mold Locksmith, you will be required to work as an integral part of the team.If you fit the profile, please submit your CV. This recruitment process is confidential.Job SummaryThe CNC Machine (Lathe or Milling) Operator works with a CNC lathe or a CNC Milling machine, performs all turning/milling work on parts, working from a drawing or model piece. Prepares the machine and, if necessary, the tools used. Dimensionally controls each piece for the work performed.Key Tasks & ActivitiesMold MaintenanceSets up molds for samplingCleans molds, bases, and secondary equipmentReplaces mold componentsDisassembles and assembles molds and secondary equipmentMold Storage and RecordsTags molds and secondary equipmentMaintains service and cycle recordsCompletes SAP work ordersParticipates in continuous improvement and troubleshooting issues with molds and secondary equipmentWho We Are Looking For…High School degree1-3 years of experience requiredSpecific industry experience, knowledge of injection molding systems and molds, electrical schematic reading, and AC/DC knowledgeStrong mechanical aptitude and tool use knowledge, general understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsTechnical SkillsMechanical or electrical industrial knowledgeInterpersonal SkillsAble to work independently, identifying problems and improvingProactivityLogoplaste is an equal opportunities employer, where the foundation of our culture and our drive is based on Diversity & Inclusion.
