Overview & Key Responsibilities Job Overview - The Cluster Lead will own the communication and relationship with the client's counterpart.
Client Management - Work with Program Managers to define, launch and drive strategic and analytical initiatives to improve internal and external facing processes and operations, working closely with cross-functional teams and leadership.
Incubate - Lead cross-functional projects and teams by working with business stakeholders to develop and manage project trackers, project communication to stakeholders, and timeliness, and lead cross-functional groups to synthesize feedback and deliver on project objectives with minimal management oversight.
Process Improvement - Identify gaps and propose changes to existing policy, systems and process frameworks. Develop scalable solutions and work to manage risks across the ecosystem and develop best practices to benefit the organization.
Stakeholder Management - Create presentations with compelling messages and insights tailored to different audience levels. Drive recommendations through to implementation and results.
Qualifications 3+ years of total relevant management work experience, preferably within Vendor Business Services field and/or Digital Marketing, Digital Campaign management. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel & PowerPoint). Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills. Ability to articulate complex findings and recommendations in a structured and clear manner to a diverse audience. Strategic and critical thinking, deep problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Capacity to work independently, with an ability to adjust to plans & priorities as required. Preferably: Understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media. Team-oriented mindset, ability to work with cross-functional teams.
