What will you achieve?
As a Cloud Operations Technician, you will play an important role in managing , monitoring , and optimizing cloud infrastructure , ensuring that applications and services run efficiently, securely and cost-effectively.
As a Cloud Operations Technician , you will:
Monitoring alerts management , according to procedures and defined processes - supervising and implementing all day-to-day operations required for the smooth running of Cegid's cloud platforms;
Incident Management - detection through monitoring tools, troubleshooting, resolution or to other Teams escalation;
Contribution to Continuous Service Improvement - existing documentation updates and/or creation of new documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
Professional experience in Windows server as administrator , and in Citrix ;
Capable of applying technical documentation in the field;
Proactive and willing to work with multiple technologies and platforms;
Very good English (spoken and written); French is a plus;
Any previous experience in the following technologies will be a plus : IIS, Linux, Microsoft Azure, Scrum, SQL, Oracle and VMware;
Motivation to learn and to grow in the Cegid organization;
Good communication skills and willing to learn.
