The Cloud Operations Engineer specializes in administration of environment infrastructure, inclusive of application and network hardware resources. Develops and manages a patching schedule and responds to identified incidents from both production and non-production environments. Collaborates with product feature development teams to create run books, 'night of deployment' manuals, and contact lists prior to releasing new and/or enhanced features to production.
