The Cloud Engineering Manager should be the face of the technical team towards our customers and the key actor in gathering requirements and iterate on delivery to make a profound and long-lasting IT impact through Cloud-driven transformation.
Our Cloud Adoption work involves a complex delivery of different disciplines that comes together seamlessly, and this position is the architect behind this delivery.
Responsabilities: Provide technical guidance and expertise to the project team.
Coordinate tasks, distribute work efficiently, and foster a productive team environment.
Consult our customers in all aspects of enterprise Azure usage.
Ensure that critical technical decisions are taken in a timely manner throughout the delivery process.
Communicate with each stakeholder (customer team and internal team) and gather all the relevant requirements for an A-grade delivery.
Be the face of the Cloud Adoption technical team towards the customer and deliver on the expectations.
Advocate for quality standards and best practices to improve the delivery quality.
Provide insights into the feasibility and complexity of various technical tasks and contribute to more accurate planning.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation within the technical team.
Requirements This is You: Proven experience in leading and managing multi-functional teams of engineers.
Strong technical background in one of the many facets of Azure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to summarize complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Great attention to detail, nothing goes by you.
Passionate about delivering high-quality and very detailed work.
Ability to prioritize tasks and summarize project progress.
Comfortable with taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion.
Humble and willing to learn from others in a collaborative team environment.
