Cloud Consultant (Azure)

Randstad is hiring a Cloud Consultant (Azure), for direct integration, in a company with offices in Braga and Lisbon (Algés).

Hybrid work model (1 - 2 days on-site; 3 - 4 remote / week).

Responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure management.Deploy, configure, and maintain services and resources in Azure.Implement and manage best security practices for Azure environments.Monitor and optimize the costs of Azure service usage. Recommend solutions to maximize efficiency and reduce expenses.Configure and manage monitoring tools to ensure performance.Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for cloud incidents.Automation, developing scripts and use automation tools to enhance deployment and management processes.Implement Infrastructure as Code solutions (Azure Resource Manager, Templates, Terraform, Powershell).Collaborate with development and operations teams.Training to internal teams on cloud best practices.Competencies More than 2 years of experience managing cloud infrastructures (mandatory requirement).Knowledge in core Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Services, Azure SQL Server Database, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure Functions.Experience with Azure Virtual Networks (VNet), Azure Active Directory, and access management policies.Knowledge of automation tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and scripting (PowerShell or Python).Skills in Infrastructure as Code using tools (Terraform, ARM Templates).Monitoring and management tools (Azure Log Analytics, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana or Splunk).Knowledge of MongoDB is valued.Knowledge of Azure security concepts, including identity and access management (IAM) solutions is valued.Good English communication skills (mandatory requirement).Main Benefits Direct contract.Food allowance.Annual bonus.25 days of vacation.Health insurance.Travelling allowance for candidates that live more than 30kms from the office.Flexibility of work hours.Learning platforms, training and certifications.
