Join our team as a Cloud Adoption Team Lead (Hybrid – Aveiro)!
What You'll Do: Provide technical guidance to project teams and ensure efficient task distribution.Serve as a key consultant for enterprise Azure adoption, addressing all customer concerns.Ensure timely technical decisions and maintain the highest delivery standards.Act as the primary technical interface between our customers and internal teams.Advocate for best practices and quality standards, ensuring top-tier project delivery.Stay ahead of industry trends, driving innovation in your team.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience leading and managing multi-functional engineering teams.Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Azure.Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.Detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering high-quality, precise work.Strong ownership of projects, with the ability to drive them to completion.Collaborative and open to learning from others.Fluency in English.At DataSmart, you will have the opportunity to integrate into a solid company and participate in projects of high recognition, nationally and internationally, with an appealing technological environment and career progression.
