Your Responsibilities Collaborate closely with Interventional Radiologists, Endovascular Surgeons, Interventional Cardiologists, Neuroradiologists, and other healthcare professionals, providing expert support and advice on the use of our life-saving product portfolio.
Conduct product demonstrations, deliver training sessions, and offer continuous clinical support to ensure optimal product utilization.
Provide hands-on assistance during emergency and elective procedures within Angiosuites, ensuring proper usage and best outcomes.
Proactively establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers, identifying opportunities to expand accounts and meet sales objectives.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with all healthcare professionals, leveraging cross-selling and upselling opportunities to drive growth.
Partner with commercial sales teams to enhance account penetration, increase product utilization, and improve the overall quality of service to customers.
Address customer needs and resolve complaints by developing innovative solutions in collaboration with senior management, sales, and marketing teams.
Support product launch activities and be open to occasional international travel to represent the company in key markets.
Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in a clinical or medical device environment in peripheral.
Previous experience in supporting surgical procedures is a must.
Demonstrated ability to build and grow customer relationships, meet sales targets, and engage in consultative selling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and clinical concepts to a variety of audiences.
Ability to quickly address technical and clinical challenges during procedures and customer interactions.
Comfortable working in a hybrid model, balancing clinical support with sales development both in the field and remotely.
Strong team player who can work closely with Sales Managers, Territory Managers, and other internal stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Flexibility to travel within the assigned region for customer visits, training, and in-person support as needed.
