Position Overview The Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) is primarily responsible for product training and application support to our clients internationally.
The CAS develops account relationships and supports the deployment of trials to support our sales strategies to acquire new hospital accounts and to our existing base of business. Additionally, he/she is responsible for product training and application support during web sessions or hospital on-site sessions, as well as troubleshooting and coordination of software deployments and version upgrades for customer sites.

General Responsibilities Product training to customers and business partners
Pre-sales product demonstrations online, at congresses, and on-site at hospitals
Establishing and managing customer relationships
Supporting educational partnerships with key-opinion leaders and training centers
Setting up documentation for pre or post customer training, such as quick guides, presentations, tutorials, turning customers into power-users, etc.
Documentation of all customer interactions via our CRM platform
Coordinate remote installation and configuration of software, including on-site visits as necessary in conjunction with the technical team
Keep customers up to date with new releases, features, and products available
Provide ongoing customer feedback from your interactions to the development team
Acquire good market knowledge and keep up-to-date with developments in the field
Maintain superb product prowess and a continuous loop of knowledge with AI4CMR
Requirements A strong background in cardiac imaging and experience with cardiac MRI is desired
1-3 years medical industry sales and/or application experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to teach
Pro-active, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Customer-friendly and problem-solving oriented, representative, and responsible
Committed and showing initiative
Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
Ability to travel, ~30%
