Position Overview
The Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) is the primary responsible for product training and application support to our clients, internationally.
The CAS is responsible for developing account relationships and support the deployment of trials to support our Sales strategies to acquire new hospitals accounts and our to existing base of business. Additionally, he/she is responsible for product training and application support during web session or hospital on-site sessions, as well as troubleshooting, and coordination of software deployments and of version upgrades for customer sites.

Product training to customers and business partnersPre-sales product demonstrations online, at congresses and on-site at hospitalsEstablishing and managing customer relationshipsSupporting educational partnerships with key-opinion leaders and training centersSetting up documentation for pre or post customer training, such as quick guides
presentations, tutorials, turning customer into power-users, etc
Documentation of all customer interactions via our CRM platformCoordinate remote installation and configuration of software, including on-site visits as necessary in conjunction with the technical teamKeep customers up to date with new releases, features and products availableProvide ongoing customer feedback from your interactions to the development teamAcquire good market knowledge and keeping up-to-date with developments in the fieldMaintain superb product prowess and a continuous loop of knowledge with AI4CMR
Requirements
A strong background in cardiac imaging and experience with cardiac MRI is desired1-3 years medical industry sales and/or application experienceExcellent communication skills and ability to teachPro-active, outgoing personality with excellent communication skillsCustomer friendly and problem solving oriented, representative and responsibleCommitted and showing initiativeAbility to work both in a team environment and independentlyAbility to travel, ~30%
