As a Partner Support Advocate, you will play a crucial role in managing technical support escalations and enhancing the partner experience.
Your day-to-day will involve validating partner data, managing contract renewals and offboarding, and collaborating with various teams to streamline processes.
You'll be the go-to person for resolving critical issues quickly and efficiently, working closely with technical support teams to prioritize partner incidents.
By assisting partners with their requests and leveraging resources like Cloud Consults and Service Delivery Plans, you'll help them optimize their business operations.
Your ability to set clear expectations, communicate effectively, and maintain commitments will be key.
You'll work across global teams, adhering to operational policies and ensuring high-quality process execution.
Your passion for delivering excellence will shine through in your interactions with partners, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
If you have experience in account management, a strong understanding of partner ecosystems, and a knack for navigating technical support environments, this role is for you.
Your excellent prioritization, time management, and decision-making skills will help you thrive in this dynamic business setting.
Proficiency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus.
Join us in Parque das Nações, working Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day rotating weeks between 08:00 to 23:00, and be part of a team that makes a difference in the tech world.
