Our client, a leading Global Software Company, has an exciting vacancy for a Client Support Adviser with either German, French, or Nordic language skills to join their close-knit sales and support team in West London.
The successful applicant will be working with a dynamic team providing high-level SaaS support and training on products and services in a professional and consultative manner. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering exceptional customer service and product support via phone and email.
Keeping CRM systems updated and accurate at all times.
Maintaining in-depth knowledge of products by keeping up to date and providing guidance and advice on the products and services.
Demonstrating products and providing online and in-person training for clients.
Creating and updating training manuals and videos as well as leading webinars.
Travelling to clients and exhibitions to promote products.
About you:
In order to succeed in this role, you should have a customer-focused approach and be fluent in French OR German OR Danish OR Norwegian OR Finnish OR Swedish as well as English.

Requirements:
Required to be fluent in French OR German OR Danish OR Norwegian OR Finnish OR Swedish to a native level, both written and spoken.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
2-3 Years Experience in B2B customer/client services.
Experience or knowledge of the SaaS industry is advantageous.
Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent IT skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and professional manner.
