Salary Package:
Base Monthly Gross Salary: 830 EUR per month (14 months salary),11 620 EUR per annum
Meal Allowance (Net): 7.23 EUR per day (1908.72EUR per annum)
Transport Allowance: 20 EUR per month (240 EUR per annum)
Position Bonus: 20 EUR per 12 months(240 EUR per annum)
Total: 14 008,72 EUR per annum, roughly 1167,39 EUR per month gross
Performance Bonus: 170 per 12 months,(2040EUR per annum)
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Braga. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support related to our meal card products.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with meal card activation, balance inquiries, and transaction troubleshooting
Educate customers on product features and benefits, and resolve any service-related complaints
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service
Requirements:
Fluent in French (C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level), both written and spoken
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and a passion for customer satisfaction
