Location: Braga, Portugal (Hybrid with 2 days per week in the office) Languages: Fluent in French (C2) and proficient in English (B2) Joining Deadline: November 13, 2024 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 19:00 (Rotational shifts) Saturday, 8:00 - 15:00 2 days off: Sunday and 1 rotational day Type of Contract: Permanent Contract (3 months trial period) Salary Package: Base Monthly Gross Salary: 830 EUR per month (14 months salary), 11 620 EUR per annum Meal Allowance (Net): 7.23 EUR per day (1908.72 EUR per annum) Transport Allowance: 20 EUR per month (240 EUR per annum) Position Bonus: 20 EUR per 12 months (240 EUR per annum) Total: 14 008,72 EUR per annum, roughly 1167,39 EUR per month gross Performance Bonus: 170 per 12 months, (2040 EUR per annum) Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Braga.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support related to our meal card products.
Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat Assist customers with meal card activation, balance inquiries, and transaction troubleshooting Educate customers on product features and benefits, and resolve any service-related complaints Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service Requirements: Fluent in French (C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level), both written and spoken Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and a passion for customer satisfaction Why Join Us: Opportunity to work in a hybrid environment with two days per week in the office Comprehensive benefits package including meal and transport allowances Supportive team environment with opportunities for career growth and development Permanent contract with a 3-month trial period to ensure mutual fit If you are enthusiastic about customer service and enjoy helping customers resolve issues, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
