What you will do:Daily responsibility for setting up Client Services projects in our Professional Services Automation tool, OpenAir.Providing first line technical support to the Client Services organization by responding to issues and requests reported in our ticketing system. Ticket Types you will be asked to support may include, but are not limited to:System user setup and deactivation across various toolsServices project issuesProject budget adjustmentsTimecard adjustmentsGeneral system inquiriesEfficiently triaging and escalating issues to other internal teams as needed. Adjacent teams include IT, Business Applications, Finance, Product and other individuals in the extended Services Operations team.Developing system expertise and familiarity with business processes to proactively identify systems/process enhancements to drive productivity and efficiency.Creating basic reports as the business needs.What you will need:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Preference given to Client Services, Operations Management, and Information Systems studies and experience.Experience working with systems like: Salesforce, OpenAir, FreshService, JIRA, Sharepoint and/or system integrations is a plus.Customer-focused, with a sense of urgency and an aptitude to make things as effortless as possible for the customer and services delivery team.Comfortable with analyzing data and working in Excel.Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and high-quality service delivery.Good interpersonal and communications skills.Ability to work in fast-paced environment, multi-task and meet agreed upon SLAs.What you'll gain at Intapp:Our culture at Intapp emphasizes accountability, responsibility, and growth.
