Their expert team assists decision-makers in selecting employee benefits plans, whether standard or custom-made, to meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will lead and support a team of 6 to 12 employees, ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service in the international health insurance sector. Your mission is to enhance client satisfaction while driving efficient, client-centered operations. You will also focus on fostering a culture of continuous improvement, coaching your team to meet and exceed customer expectations, and ensuring full compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Monitoring and analyzing activity reports to track performance.
Ensuring satisfaction for all stakeholders, including policyholders, partners, internal teams, and external customers.
Upholding and promoting quality standards across your team.
Contributing to process improvements to boost quality, efficiency, and timeliness.
Representing the company by preparing and delivering key presentations and meetings.
Managing and resolving client complaints in a timely manner.
Collaborating closely with sales managers to further enhance client satisfaction.
Managing customer relationships within your scope, ensuring proximity, satisfaction, and growth.
Setting and challenging both individual and team objectives.
Identifying talent within your team and supporting their growth by understanding their training and development needs.
What You Bring to the Team:
Proven experience in improving customer journeys, client services, or similar roles.
A degree in insurance or management is a strong plus.
Demonstrated experience in a managerial role.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
Adaptability, with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships.
A collaborative team player with excellent listening skills and a commercial mindset that will drive success in your role.
