Capability BuildingThe RoleWe are looking for an outstanding senior client service executive who can:• ensure the right systems & processes of client servicing are embedded into all account teams• coach/guide account teams on improving their client servicing approach• work with senior team to ensure first-class strategies and plans are in place• work with senior team to ensure consistent, excellent deliver that meets or exceeds expectations• provide direct senior strategic counsel to key clientsAdditionally, the candidate will be responsible for:• ensuring an adequate and effective team structure and resources• regular, proactive auditing of client satisfaction• identifying/converting opportunities to grow the relationship• troubleshooting on any issuesThe KPIs for the role are:• increasing client retention• existing client growthThe successful candidate must have a proven-track record in the following areas:1. Around 8-10 years of progressive responsibility in healthcare communications, public policy, and market access2. Work across a broad range of healthcare issues & therapeutic areas3. Strategy, planning, execution, and evaluation of complex programs4. Work on cross-border consultancy projects5.
