Purpose of the role: Support our pharmaceutical clients to develop winning strategies at a global, regional, and local level. Define client requirements, prioritize team backlog, and provide leadership to scrum team to ensure successful project delivery. Provide timely insights and implications (i.E., alerts) to our clients' marketed products and pipeline assets. Create high impact presentations and be able to present them to client senior management teams. Monitor news sources/databases and analyze data gathered from both secondary and primary sources. Grow accounts by finding innovative solutions to problems that arise for our clients. Project P&L responsibility and hit agreed-upon profit targets. Contribute to a high-performing team and build a high-performing culture. Travel as needed: Attend approximately 6 medical conferences per year plus team off-site meetings. Required to work with US and EU clients and time zones. Minimum Requirements: PhD or Master's Degree in a scientific field. 5+ years of relevant and progressive work experience, 3 of which should be in pharma, consulting, or a pharma services company. Significant experience in neurology. Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly drug discovery, drug development, regulatory, and commercialization processes (US and EU). Natural curiosity about how things work and interest in developing into technical fields such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
